2.4. Clients are encouraged to verify the suitability of products before placing an order.
2.5. Any customization of equipment, if available, will incur additional charges, and the specific terms of such custom orders will be outlined in separate agreements.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. Prices for rental and purchase are provided in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3.2. For rental agreements, the rental fee is based on the duration of the rental period, type of equipment, and any additional services or accessories required.
3.3. Purchase prices for tools and equipment are fixed and non-negotiable unless stated in specific promotional offers.
3.4. Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other electronic payment systems.
3.5. A security deposit may be required for rental agreements, which will be refunded upon the return of the rented items in good condition.
3.6. Late payments will incur an additional fee, and delayed payments may lead to cancellation of the order or rental agreement.
4. Order Process and Rental Agreement
4.1. Orders for purchase can be placed via our website, email, or directly through our sales representatives.
4.2. Rental agreements must be signed by the client and returned to us before the tools or equipment are handed over.
4.3. A rental agreement will specify the rental duration, terms of use, and return conditions.
4.4. Clients must ensure that the tools and equipment are used in accordance with the provided instructions and safety guidelines.
4.5. Changes or cancellations to rental agreements must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery.
5. Delivery and Collection
5.1. Delivery charges for rented equipment are based on location, weight, and size of the equipment.
5.2. For purchases, we offer free delivery within specific areas. For remote areas, delivery charges may apply.
5.3. Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Any errors in the provided address or contact information may result in delays or extra charges for redelivery.
5.4. Equipment should be returned on the agreed-upon date and in the same condition as when it was rented.
5.5. For purchases, delivery times vary based on product availability and client location, and clients will be notified of an estimated delivery date at the time of the order confirmation.
6. Returns, Damages, and Refunds
6.1. All rented equipment must be returned in good working condition. Clients are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rented tools during the rental period.
6.2. For purchased items, returns will be accepted within 7 days if the products are unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
6.3. If equipment is damaged during the rental period, the client will be charged for repairs or replacement costs.
6.4. Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the returned product.
6.5. In the event of damage or loss, the security deposit will be used to cover the costs of repairs or replacements, and any remaining balance will be refunded.
7. Maintenance and Service
7.1. We provide maintenance services for both purchased and rented equipment to ensure optimal performance.
7.2. Regular maintenance may be required for certain tools and equipment, and clients will be notified if servicing is needed.
7.3. Maintenance services for rented equipment will incur additional charges and should be requested in advance.
7.4. Clients must report any malfunction or defect in rented equipment within 24 hours of receiving it to qualify for free repairs or replacements.
8. Usage and Safety Guidelines
8.1. Clients must use all rented and purchased equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and safety standards.
8.2. Clients are responsible for ensuring that operators of the equipment are trained and knowledgeable about its proper use.
8.3. We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damage resulting from improper use or failure to follow the safety guidelines provided with the equipment.
8.4. Clients must ensure that the rented tools and equipment are stored properly and are returned in good condition.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. Our liability is limited to the cost of the rental or purchase of the product. We are not responsible for indirect losses, including loss of business, reputation, or income, arising from the use of our equipment.
9.2. We are not responsible for delays in delivery or issues beyond our control, such as natural disasters, transportation delays, or government restrictions.
9.3. Clients are responsible for ensuring that rented equipment complies with local laws, regulations, and safety standards.
10. Termination and Suspension
10.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate rental agreements or sales if the client fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
10.2. In case of termination, clients must immediately return all rented equipment, and any outstanding payments will remain due.
11. Force Majeure
11.1. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, labor strikes, or government intervention.
11.2. In the event of force majeure, we will make reasonable efforts to fulfill our obligations as soon as possible.
12. Governing Law
12.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
12.2. Any disputes will be resolved in Indian courts, and the jurisdiction for any legal matters will be the location of our business.
